MEET THE TEAM

Annabel Smith
Director

Hello! I’m the founder of ADC and my passion is helping every child discover not only the joy of dance but also a lasting sense of confidence and belonging.

At ADC, every child truly matters. We recognise each student as an individual, with their own unique strengths, personality and potential. We are dedicated to nurturing them with patience, encouragement and genuine care. Our mission is to provide exceptional training within a supportive and uplifting environment where children feel safe to grow, express themselves and shine.

Whether dance becomes a cherished hobby or the first step towards a professional future, we guide every student to become the very best version of themselves - both inside and outside the studio!

We combine high-quality teaching with a warm, creative and supportive approach, ensuring every child feels valued and inspired. When your child joins us, they’re not just attending a class - they’re becoming part of a family that truly believes in them.

Siena Luciano
Dance Teacher

Hi I’m Siena and I have been dancing since the age of 3 starting with ballet and then on to various different styles such as tap, jazz, street, commercial/heels, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical, pointe and gymnastics dance.

I then went on to train professionally for 3 years at SLP College gaining my level 6 Diploma in professional dance, graduating in 2024. Throughout my time there I got to take part in many fun projects/performances such as MOVE IT, CYD? and two college musicals (Sweet Charity & Chicago).

In that time I also went on to get my IDTA teaching qualification which I gained in 2023 and then later on gaining my First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.

Being able to create and teach in the dance world is something I believe to be very rewarding. Seeing young dancers whose position you were once in and seeing them grow and improve in not only technique but confidence is why I love to teaching.

Jo Smith
ADC 'Dance Mum'

I’m the ADC Dance Mum.

Which basically means I get all the glory without having to do the hard work! I don’t teach the classes or run the office, but I’m always around to cheer the loudest, give out hugs and keep the team in line (well, I try!).

I love being part of the ADC family and watching all our dancers sparkle on and off stage!
